Matching email
Submit using the same email already on the listing or one from your business domain (e.g. you@yourcircle.com).
Website or social link
Link to a page on your official website, Facebook group, or Instagram that mentions the listing.

Common questions
Does it cost anything to claim?+
No. Claiming and editing your listing is completely free. Optional paid features (featured placement, banner ads, retreat promotion) are separate.
I didn't create this listing — can I still claim it?+
Yes. If you run the circle, school, shop, or retreat, you can claim it even if a community member added it first. We just need to verify ownership.
What if my email doesn't match what's on the listing?+
That's fine — use the verification field to share a website, social link, or another way to confirm. We'll follow up if we need anything else.
How long until I'm approved?+
Most claims are approved within 1–2 business days. Complex cases (no website, multiple people claiming the same listing) can take a few extra days.
Can more than one person manage a listing?+
Yes. Once you're verified, you can invite co-hosts from your dashboard so multiple organizers can help manage the page.
