Drum Circle Directory ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512 ("DMCA").
1. Before You File
Filing a false or bad-faith DMCA notice may make you liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f). If you are not sure whether material on the Service infringes your copyright, consider consulting an attorney. Fair use, fair dealing, and other defenses may apply. We may forward your notice β including your contact information β to the user who posted the material and publish redacted copies in transparency reports.
2. Filing A Notice Of Infringement
To submit a notice, send a written communication to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following (omissions may render the notice legally invalid and prevent us from acting on it):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list of works if multiple).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with the full URL(s) on our Service and enough detail to locate it.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal or disablement.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person's agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in 10β14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order against you.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and remove content for users whom we, in our sole discretion, believe to be infringers.
6. Trademark & Other IP Complaints
For trademark, right-of-publicity, or other non-copyright intellectual-property complaints, email legal@drumcircledirectory.comwith a description of the issue, the URL(s) involved, and proof of ownership.
7. Misuse
Misuse of this process β including submitting false claims to silence criticism, suppress competitors, or remove non-infringing content β is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f) and other laws. We may reject obviously deficient or abusive notices.
