Miami Beach drum circles are every full moon and new moon evenings. Sometimes at 79St on the beach you park at the library, & sometimes at 83 street and Collins at the BEACH. Sara wrote this about it: "This is the best drum circle she ever been to in her life." They have many excellent drummers, people dancing with fire, beautiful dancers, and more. Full Moon Dates for 2011, According to The Old Farmer's Almanac: May 17, Jun 15, Jul 15, Aug 13, Sep 12, Oct 11, Nov 10, Dec 10 Enter the park through the 79th st entrance and Collins Ave and walk north towards 80th st past the first lifeguard station. We don't want to disturb our neighbors who live south of 79th street. Drum Circle Miami is from 8pm to 12am. The park closes at 12am. (On FaceBook by the same name.)

Virginia Key Beach Drum Circle at the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park's Dance Floor, 4020 Virginia Beach Drive, Virginia Key, Miami, FL Every 3rd Sunday - starts between 2:00 and 3:00PM and ends after 6:00PM The Dance Floor is covered, so it's a rain or shine event. Seating is provided and extra drums are usually available. Directions: NOT the park entrance that is used to get to Jimbo's. AFTER the Seaquarium (right before the bridge to Key Biscayne) turn left at 2nd traffic light. There will be a small green sign in the median displaying Virginia Key Beach Park. NOAA building and SE Fisheries are on opposite sides of the entrance road to the park.
